Creating a Self Improvement Plan

One of the things that most people overlook is the necessity of self improvement in a constant basis. Recently is has become more popular the ideas of personal development and improvement in all areas of our lifes. One of the key ingredients to achieve our desired results is to have a self improvement plan.

There are various things that you can do to have a self improvement plan. Some people might prefer to learn from others and buy a course, class, video or coaching program that will guide them though a 30 day success system or something similar.

However is not always necessary to buy an expensive course to have a viable plan for life. Everyone has different desires and dreams so there is no recipe for everyone. What you should do first is:

Ask your self what are your goals and dreams that you want to accomplish. What are your strengths and Weakness What are your resources that you can count on In how much time do you want to achieve your desired goals What people do you count with What are you going to do every day that will get you closer to your goal

Write down all your answers and keep them near you every day. When you wake up ask your self what do i have to do today to achieve my goals, improve my weakness, increase my resources, achieve my goal on time and get closer to my goal.

If you keep track of your advance in your life in the area that you want to improve you soon see that your are going forward every day. Nothing can stop you. If you lack of any knowledge to achieve your result, then read about the subject every day 20 minute or more.

After 6 months of reading about a subject every day you will be an expert and you will be able to achieve your goals easier. You can write your plan in a different way but what is important to note is that you have to be accountable of your actions, there is no sense in making a plan that you are not going to follow, Do it Now.
