Aadolescents have to go through very hard times and difficult moments while they are growing up and taking decisions that affect and change their lives. Some teenagers get married very young or get pregnant very young and need to face the problems and challenge that this becomes.
Teenage mothers need to go to school, have the baby and deal with day to day problems that usually are for women more mature and with an established family. However, one of the problems that teenagers have when this happens is lack of self esteem due to moments of frustration, emotional problems or very challenging circumstances.
You as a teenage mother have to be very strong, you are going to have a baby or you already have a child that you need to take care and you love. Your circumstances might be difficult, but your child needs you strong to give him the best of you.
Lack of self esteem is a problem that many teenagers have, while they are growing and experiencing new problems and challenges. If you feel down or you dont feel confident of your self, think of all the great moments you have had and all the beautiful moments you will enjoy with your child.
If you feel alone find help from friends, family or anyone that can support you. If you can, do activities with your child, make goals for your self. No matter how hard everything seems to be, there are always people to help you and you can overcome any situation for you and your child.
